This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and legally required withdrawal rights work for paid aidrop.it subscriptions.
Trial period
Every new aidrop.it account starts with a 14-day trial. The trial is free of charge and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.
If you do not actively purchase a paid plan after the trial ends, your workspace remains available on the Free plan with its applicable daily usage limits.
Cancelling a paid subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through the customer billing portal when available, or by contacting us at info@aidrop.it.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout, charges already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
When refunds may be issued
We may review and issue refunds in situations such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or other cases where applicable consumer law requires a refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
Consumer withdrawal and cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right for online purchases, those rights still apply.
Statutory timelines
- Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days from contract formation to withdraw from a digital service contract, unless an exception applies or the right has been waived in accordance with law.
- Consumers in the United Kingdom generally have 14 days from contract formation to cancel an online service contract, unless an exception applies or the right has been waived in accordance with law.
- Consumers in Brazil generally have 7 days from contract formation to exercise the right of regret for qualifying online purchases, subject to the limits set by applicable law.
Where the service has already started at your request before the statutory withdrawal period ends, we may deduct a proportional amount for the service already provided when the law allows it.

Billing provider
Paid subscriptions are processed by our billing provider acting as Merchant of Record. The provider handles checkout, invoicing, taxes where applicable, and payment processing for subscription purchases.
